My mission is to create a personalised program for you that is EASY to follow, PRACTICAL to fit your lifestyle and SATISFYING - giving you the results that you are seeking.

Through my work as an instructor over the last 25 years, I have gained a wide knowledge of different workouts. There are thousands of brilliant exercises that can change your life. Others just won’t work for you, or your body is not ready to do them.

Every person I work with is unique, their goals and needs are also unique, such as weight loss, toning, or specific problems (knees, back pain, sciatica etc.) From the first moment I talk to you, your input will be ESSENTIAL to choose the right program for you. It’s like creating your recipe to a BETTER HEALTH with your favourite ingredients that I offer: yoga, pilates, bodyweight exercises, fitball, dance, aqua gym, cardio, stretching, meditation, breathing technique, applied kinesiology. 

We choose together what your body says YES to. And there is so many options!

My recipe for workout success is AWARENESS, mixed with EFFORT and PRECISE execution of the exercises.
